Brushing Habits that Actually Stick for Kids

Getting kids to brush twice a day is easier when it becomes part of a routine instead of a negotiation. Pick the same two moments every day, such as right after breakfast and right before bed, and keep them short and predictable.
Make it something the whole family does
Children copy what they see. Brushing together, even for two minutes, turns a chore into a shared habit.
Keep it simple
A soft brush, a pea-sized amount of fluoride toothpaste and a timer or a favorite song are all you need. Praise the effort, not the result.
If you have questions about your child’s brushing or first visit, our team is happy to help.
